OneMobile is a no-code app builder for Shopify, sold as a Shopify app by FireGroup Technology, a Vietnam company that also makes Transcy and OneLoyalty. You design the app in a dashboard inside Shopify admin, and OneMobile's team builds and submits it, so it's a hybrid of self-serve and managed. It carries the Built for Shopify badge.

The app is assembled from drag-and-drop blocks grouped into categories, starting from an AI-generated first version, with a live phone preview. Block counts, themes and screens are metered by plan. There is no code or SDK layer; anything outside the standard block set goes through OneMobile's paid Expert Service.

By default OneMobile publishes the app under its own Apple and Google developer accounts, so you don't need your own accounts to launch, with a documented path to transfer to your own later. Design changes publish over the air instantly, and its pricing adds a capped per-order success fee on top of the subscription.

How apps are built

You install the Shopify app and design in a three-panel visual editor: a block inventory on the left, a live phone preview in the center, and per-block settings on the right. OneMobile generates an initial app with AI, which you then customize. Blocks are drag-and-drop, grouped into categories, and metered by plan, from 5 on the free tier up to 60 on the top plan, along with themes and extra screens.

What you can't change is the block inventory itself; blocks outside the default set require OneMobile's paid Expert Service, and there is no SDK, custom code or source access. Design changes publish to live apps over the air without Apple or Google review, while binary updates are handled by OneMobile's team on a plan-based cadence, biannual, quarterly or on demand.

How it connects to your store

OneMobile installs as a Shopify app, and products, collections, prices and discounts sync automatically from Shopify admin; price and discount changes are made in Shopify and reflected in the app. Checkout is listed as Shopify native checkout on all plans, and the app works with Shopify customer accounts and Shopify Flow.

A set of storefront widgets pushes web visitors toward the app: download popups, an embedded download block on footer, order-status and thank-you pages, QR magic links, and deep links from email or ads into specific products. Integrations are partner-built connections you toggle on in the dashboard, with no generic API or webhook path; OneMobile lists 43, with recognizable names including Klaviyo, Judge.me, Yotpo and Growave, and several gated to higher tiers.

Features and engagement

On the storefront, OneMobile covers product and collection blocks, search with text, voice and barcode options, product recommendations, recently viewed, badges and quick add to cart. Push notifications are unlimited on paid plans, with manual, scheduled and automated behavior-based sends, AI-generated content, in-app messages, welcome offers and cart-abandonment and wishlist reminders, plus an AI Sales Assistant chat.

Retention features lean on integrations rather than a built-in engine: loyalty comes through apps such as BON, Yotpo and the sibling OneLoyalty, and there is no subscriptions integration. Analytics run through in-app dashboards plus GA4, Firebase, Amplitude and Mixpanel.

What it costs and who it's for

OneMobile is freemium with a catch: the free plan builds and previews an app but cannot publish. Paid plans are Scaleup $99, Brandup $299 and Omni $990 per month, and each adds a per-order success fee above a monthly app-revenue quota (2.9% above $2,000, 1.9% above $10,000, 1.2% above $100,000), capped at $1,000, $2,000 and $3,000 a month respectively. There is a 14-day trial.

It fits small-to-mid Shopify merchants who want a low entry cost and fully managed publishing, and who can accept success-fee pricing and a curated integration catalog. Because it is Shopify-only, the app cannot move to another platform.

FAQs

Which platforms does OneMobile support?+

Shopify only. OneMobile installs as a Shopify app; it does not support WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Magento.

Do I need my own developer accounts?+

Not to launch. By default OneMobile publishes under its own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the listing initially shows its name; you can transfer to your own accounts later through a documented process.

How does pricing and the success fee work?+

Paid plans are $99, $299 and $990 per month, each with a per-order success fee above a monthly app-revenue quota (2.9%/1.9%/1.2%), capped at $1,000/$2,000/$3,000 a month. The free plan can build and preview but not publish.

How does checkout work?+

The app uses Shopify's native checkout and works with Shopify customer accounts, so your existing checkout applies.

How customizable is the app?+

You configure a fixed set of drag-and-drop blocks, themes and screens, metered by plan. There is no SDK or code access; bespoke blocks go through OneMobile's paid Expert Service.
